We take the management of items entrusted to us on consignment seriously.
We take our time to ensure your items are properly assessed as suitable for merchandising and resale to our discerning customers.
We research prices, market value and sales channels. We aim to sell and not store your items.
Whilst we operate on a Consignment by Appointment only basis, please feel free to talk to us in store about your items, ask about our Concierge Service home collection (*within a 15km radius of our Subiaco store) or postal service if more convenient.
Getting ready to consign
Decide the items you wish to consign, all of which must be in excellent condition and ready prepared to go straight to our sales floor. Our selections are based on the condition and quality of items, what are customers are looking for and what we know is selling.
We aim for our collections to be “curated” and not “crammed” and so at times we may be unable to accept consignments.
We offer appointments when our stock levels permit.
As we dedicate our time to managing existing VIP and Premier Clients, we reserve the right to close our consignment diary and stop new client intake when our inventory is full, but please check back with us.
Your first steps
Complete the contact form and give us an overview of the items you would like us to consider for our inventory.
Download and complete our Consignment Agreement Form for presentation with your items.
Once accepted for consignment and final Quality Control checks are completed, your items are presented to our customers, in the right season and with complimentary merchandising and marketing.
Prepare your items
We are happy to consider single items or larger collections of mixed items but they must be season appropriate and suitable for re-sale. We have a reputation for being choosy, so perhaps visit the boutique in advance and browse our current stock.

Will I be a PREMIER or VIP Client ?
We have two categories of Client
PREMIER CLIENT: are the majority of our Clients, those who present one off or infrequent consignment stock for a 2 month management term, at the end of which unsold items must be collected. Premier Clients are permitted to present not more than 20 items at a time.
VIP CLIENT : An exclusive small number of Clients. VIP Clients are individually selected and receive our complete management service. Their stock is high value, always from current or recent Designer collections, very often new with tags and is presented each season. Our VIP Clients are given priority over Premier Clients due to the high quality of their stock, their sales track record and their generosity in donating their unsold items to Charity. VIP Clients are permitted to consign unlimited items without appontment.
